These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the BlockHub52 website at blockhub52.co.uk and the BlockHub52 software service. Please read them carefully before using the service.

BlockHub52 is a software service that helps directors of Right to Manage (RTM) companies and Residents' Management Companies (RMCs) self-manage residential blocks in England and Wales.
BlockHub52 is designed for directors of Right to Manage (RTM) companies and Residents' Management Companies (RMCs) managing residential leasehold blocks in England and Wales. By using the service, you confirm that you are using it in a professional capacity related to block management.

You retain ownership of all data you upload to BlockHub52. By uploading data, you grant us a limited licence to store and process it for the purpose of providing the service to you. We will not access your data except as necessary to provide support or as required by law. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for full details of how we handle personal data.
All software, design, content, and materials on the BlockHub52 website and application are owned by or licensed to BlockHub52. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of our service without our written permission.
BlockHub52 is a tool to assist with block management administration. It does not constitute legal, financial, or professional advice. You remain responsible for all decisions made in connection with the management of your building.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, BlockHub52 shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental loss arising from your use of the service, including any loss of data, revenue, or business opportunity.
Our total liability to you in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the amount you have paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We aim to make BlockHub52 available at all times but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We may carry out maintenance or updates that temporarily affect availability. We will endeavour to give reasonable notice of planned downtime where possible.
You may cancel your subscription or stop using BlockHub52 at any time by contacting us at team@blockhub52.co.uk. If you cancel a paid subscription, your access remains active until the end of your current billing period and is not renewed thereafter. We do not provide refunds for part-used billing periods.
We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or if we decide to discontinue the service. On termination, your data remains accessible for 30 days so you can export it, after which it is removed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
