Questions

Can the Other Directors Use It Too?

Yes. Invite them from Directors in the menu. Each director who accepts the invitation gets the email reminders before key dates too, and can tick off records as they arrive. The invitations expire in 7 days. It is free for every director.

Is This for RMC Directors?

No. This handover is for Right to Manage (RTM) companies in England and Wales.

What If I Get Stuck?

Every page of the Handover Tracker has a ‘Chat with Trish’ button at the bottom. Ask your question there, or email support@blockhub52.ai.

Why Is It Free?

We also make paid software for running your building after the handover. You never have to use it, and the Handover Tracker stays free either way.

What Happens After the Handover?

The Handover Tracker stays free, and you will never be charged for it. Your account stays open as long as a director signs in at least once every 12 months. If no director signs in for 12 months, the account becomes read-only, and it is deleted 15 months after the last sign-in. We email you before anything is deleted. Your directors can also delete your account at any time, on the ‘Delete this account’ page. You then have 30 days to download your records before everything is deleted.

The Handover Tracker is software. It gives general information and fills in documents from the details you enter. It is not legal or financial advice, and BlockHub52 is not a law firm or an accounting firm. It covers the statutory Right to Manage in England and Wales, for a newly formed RTM company taking over from the landlord for the first time. Every building and every lease is different, so check your documents before you send them, and take qualified professional advice on your own building where you need it.

The BlockHub52 Newsletter

Get new articles by email

I write about the things that are important to directors of self-managing blocks in England and Wales. Service charges, Section 20, reserve funds, the compliance calendar.

The newsletter is in plain English with no jargon. It is written to help directors without accounting or legal expertise manoeuvre around the legal and financial side of running a building, and it always points at the legislation behind it so you can check for yourself.

We'll never share your details. Unsubscribe at any time.
